so I decided to try out piczel.tv for art hosting.

not sure if I'm gonna stay long-term - the UI's still a little buggy - but goddamn I forgot how nice it feels to post art without worrying what tumblr's going to do with the image quality.

Oh yikes :O well, that would explain why I had such a hard time today. I was going by the old image post rules.

Yeah it's. Pretty inexplicable. I almost have to wonder if they just... don't want people using it as an image-hosting site at all, regardless of the content. I suppose if most of the activity on the site was text-based it'd be less expensive to host.

Yeah, I could see them doing that. Plenty of images have been flagged that they said wouldn't be ... a lot of classical art. Seems like they're scrubbing the site clean in the most confusing way.
